INGREDIENTS

  • 280 g Tenuta Castello Carnaroli Biologico rice
  • 6 sage leaves
  • 2 lemons
  • Butter
  • Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION

Toast the Carnaroli rice with extra-virgin olive oil for a few minutes, add the vegetable broth a little at a time for 15 minutes. Five minutes before the rice is cooked, grate the lemons and chop up the sage leaves and add to the rice. After turning off the heat, mix in as much butter as desired. You can then garnish the plate by grating the lemon zest over the Carnaroli rice
