INGREDIENTS

  • 280 gr Tenuta Castello Carnaroli Biologico Integrale rice
  • 1 courgette
  • 1/2 leek
  • 1/2 yellow, green and red peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 60 g Taggiasca olives

PREPARATION

Stir fry the diced vegetables in extra-virgin olive oil. Add salt and thyme. Boil the brown rice for 40/45 minutes. Drain the water from the rice and add the vegetables and Taggiasca olives and as much extra-virgin olive oil as you want, then mix well.
