Coarse cornflour, produced from prised varieties of red maize including Marano, Astico and Quattro File. The flour is ground with a grindstone for a genuine whole grain flour whose taste and smell haven’t been altered. The maize used is grown using natural methods, with no added treatment or any changes to its genetics. It produces a polenta that is both sweeter and more delicate than others. The more finely ground flour is ideal for polenta as well as for sweets, homemade pasta, focaccia, bread and breadsticks. Gluten is present.
