320 g Carnaroli Bio Integrale Tenuta Castello – 8 fragole – 1 cucchiaio di aceto balsamico di Modena Tradizionale – sale qb. – 1 cucchiaio di olio extra vergine di oliva


Boil the rice in salted water for about 45/50 minutes. Wash and clean the strawberries by slicing them into slices. Once cooked the rice let it cool, add the strawberries and season with a drizzle of extra virgin and balsamic. It is a simple and very delicate recipe to propose as an appetizer.
