Coarse cornflour

Coarse cornflour, produced from prised varieties of red maize including Marano, Astico and Quattro File. The flour is ground with a grindstone for a genuine whole grain flour whose taste and smell haven’t been altered. The maize used¬† is grown using natural methods, with no added treatment or any changes to its genetics. It produces a polenta that is both sweeter and more intense than others. It is ideal for polenta as well as for focaccia, bread and breadsticks. Gluten is present.
